VoxxAgent provides voice automation infrastructure, analytics, and workflow tooling for business operations. Access is provisioned per account and may be restricted to maintain platform reliability and security.

Security, reliability, and continuity

Customer responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for lawful usage, user management, and the data they submit to the platform.

• Maintain account security and access hygiene for your team

• Review invoices and plan terms according to your commercial agreement
• Notify us promptly regarding suspected unauthorized access

You retain ownership of your content. VoxxAgent is granted limited rights to process that content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Commercial and legal terms

• Billing: paid plans are billed per agreed cycle under your subscription terms
