What to check before going high volume

  • Agent status is Active for the program in question.
  • Internal approvals and regulatory constraints are satisfied.
  • List hygiene: opt-outs removed, duplicates handled, fields validated.
  • Owner on duty with authority to pause or throttle.
  • Communication path to VoxxAgent if anomalies appear in the first hour.

What to monitor during and after

During ramp, watch live completion and failure rates hourly. After the day, compare to your pilot window and document anomalies with timestamps for follow-up.
