2. Description of Service

VoxxAgent is a voice AI agent platform provided by Alnex.ai that enables users to create, manage, and deploy intelligent voice agents for customer service and communication purposes. The Service includes features such as agent creation, call management, analytics, and integration capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Intellectual Property

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). 7. Payment Terms

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALNEX.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alnex.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alnex.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
